Lima Floral is the sister restaurant of Lima, a Michelin-starred Peruvian restaurant based in Fitzrovia. Lima Floral opened back in 2014 and its Covent Garden location makes it a desirable choice for tourists and food-loving Londoners alike.

Upon arrival, you’ll be stunned by the restaurants aesthetic. With white brick walls, bold carpeting, succulents and quirky wall paintings, it feels cool yet welcoming

We chose the Andean Breakfast which costs £18 with an offer of free-flowing Prosecco for an additional £10 per person. A great offer for the quality of food on offer. We started with a quinoa porridge which was surprisingly delicious and came accompanied by a refreshing yoghurt flavoured with eucalyptus and Mūna mint and a plate of fresh fruit, maca root and honey and bee pollen.

Next we feasted on Potato Pancakes, with strawberry and honey, a suckling pig brioche bun and the frittata with black quinoa. All delicious and looked equally as beautiful.

And finally, it was time for dessert – a sharing platter of Amazonian Chocolate ice-cream, Aguaymanto with Cacao Crumble and Alfajores with Dulce de Leche. WARNING – go hungry as this dish nearly pushed over the edge of explosion.

It’s native ingredients and innovative menu curation makes for an exciting new Brunch offer. I loved it every single component. The service, food and aesthetic work together to create a fantastic Brunch which I most certainly would do again!
